X2 Amazon was always waaaayy cheaper, back when i was in college. ahhhh the fond memories i have of spending hundreds of dollars on books i hardly used!!

chegg.com is a site where you can just rent your books for the semester. That's what I did for my 2nd session Physics class.

Where is your daughter going to college at? My daughter goes to EMU and they have a used book store that sells used books for 1/2 the price and they also have a buy back policy at that store. I will have to ask her about this book.

Always do Half - you'll find better prices. Also try using BigWords.com - it's a store search you put in the ISBN and then click search and it searches like a hundred different book stores to find the cheapest price.

I just checked on Textbooks.com and it really wasn't any cheaper than that. Used is usually a good way to save, if you can find it.

I don't happen to have that book though.

Thanks everyone.. I'll check some of those sites out.. Luckily she has a scholarship at Muskegon Community college(2 years), so she buys her own books. We pay her lab fees for her.. They do have used books and a buy back program, this whole book thing is such a ****ing scam!!!
