what does that look like? I am looking for a bottom feeder as my hood has no nostrils to breath through.

joel do you have the room under your hood for a lid style intake? I always heard lt1 front ends couldn't do the lid style because of it hitting the hood

I have no choice but to buy one and see. The stock LT1 hood indeed incompatible with an LS1 radiator support and lid, but I have an aftermarket fiberglass SS hood that seems to have considerably more room.

Im guessing it will be close and i will have to do some modification in a few areas. Worst case ill have to make my own radiator support, but i like the clean look of a factory one.

Ive found an LS1 radiator support now just need the lid and a filter

That would be a no go then, this has a filter that is supposed to suck air through the top from openings in the hood, I thought your had them sorry.
