M5 Tranny

Wanting to swap over to a manual. Ever since I sold the LS1, I am craving to drive one and dont have the money right now for a new car. Anyone have a clue to where I could find a dropout m5 for a 95 V6 camaro? This would have to be super budget too but I was told a few years ago it would cost about a grand to do, hope its cheaper now or ill just have to wait.

Or if anyone with a manual is up for a trade and wants an auto v6 that runs like a champ, lets talk.

Ive had craigslist wanted add's for quite a while, as well as something up on MotownMuscle and I have got nothing. It looks like the best way is to buy a car for 1k that has the manual trans, and sell the car after you take the trans off.
