There's always ebay. I found the one we put in my '74 Z28 on ebay. I had to drive to Ohio to get it, though, and that's a long way from the U.P.!

You can also look for a wrecked Camaro or Firebird that has one and part it out.

I know in chevelles you have to the cut the trans tunnel. Where I work is a distrubtor for Kiesler Eng. and they have Tremec 5 speed that is much smaller. If you have newer body mounts is it supposed to fit without modifications. But they are over 3000.

I been considering a T5 for the chevelle but the more I think about it I want a 700R4 or 200 R4.

Yeah I noticed a lot of those are pretty expensive. TGO = www.thirdgen.org its another forum site and they have a great classifieds section with a lot of quality used parts. I am on CL a lot so if I see one a little cheaper or one in a wrecked car I will let you know.
