my friend wants to do an lt1 swap,he has a 97 camaro v6...so i need to find him everything we need to do the swap...looking for a whole donor car if possible...please let me know what you have..

since we are in the middle of that project here is what you need to start:
Engine and trans.
k frame
radiator
engine wiring harness
engine computer

start shopping!

Watch for adds on cars being parted out, or parts car for sale. Brian got great deal from guy wanting to clean out storage unit. His car was totaled. got engine trans, 4 wheels and tires, hatch, 2 doors, rear bumper, t tops, all wiring harness's. Paid $1,000. sold most of it, then ran add on his engine and trans and sold V6. net cost was minimal. Hope this gives you some helpful Ideas.

there was a z28 on craiglist not to long ago for about $1000 obviously is has something wrong with it

Even if I had a LT1 to swap in I would rebuild or build it up so it ran like a champ and not some crappy POS

I found an engine, trans,computer,wire harness,fans,32,000 miles on it from a 93 camaro..i need the k frame...anyone have one cheap?

depends on what you want..just kmember? or with motor mounts and mount stands, steering rack, springs, shocks, ect
