Seats, the metal rings that sit on the valve stem to center the spring under the valve seals.sigpic

seats are under the valve and require a machine shop to replace.

spring cups? I just am going by what they are calling them on ls1howto.com and from what I hear others say but yeah, then i need the spring cups/locators, whatever you want to call them. Anyone have these from a cam/spring swap? Thankssigpic
