Wanted: Aluminum DS

I was wondering if anyone had a Aluminum Driveshaft they wanted some money for. When I was changing out the u-joints on mine (aluminum) I had to use some Large amounts of brute force and heat to get the factory u-joints out. Now at higher speeds I feel a vibration as if the u-joints were bad.

Since the u-joints that are in it are new is there a possibility that I may have bent the holes on the driveshaft or the yoke in just enough to make it funky... Oh and I've done this many times before and have never had a problem.

u have to use heat to get the factory nyloned u-joints out. did you get the clips on the replaced joint?

Yeah I know you have to use heat, but I've never had to use it as intense as I did this time and I have never had to beat it to submission to get them out. Usually the nylon melts and pops and falls out or a little tap will get it out. Yeah I did get the clips on, I wouldn't have driven it without them on, they were a little more difficult to get back in as if I bent the arm with the hole. It moved freely when together though.
