  • Wanted: Air Bags for 1999 Trans Am

    Hello I am looking for both airbags for a 1999 Trans Am in Dk. Gray. I am also looking for a Dk. Gray passenger Airbag cover for the same year. Please reply with pics and prices.

      Sorry to say bud but there is no passenger cover

      You have to buy a whole dash to fix it and that will run ya some $$$$

        Thanks, I just called a place for quote...$435 for both bags, dash kit and module.

              actually looking for both driver and passenger airbags for a '99 if you have them...

                I only have the passenger side, took it out of my Camaro and don't need it.

                  Just to clarify, you don't need a dash.

                  You may have to pull the dash out to install the passenger side, but it's designed to be servicable.

                    In the 97+ Camaros, the dash is all one piece (remember my pics of the dash swap?) and if the airbag pops open, your dash gets a nice hole where the passenger side airbag explodes.

                            Just to check it out, I went out to the trailer and squeezed inside the car. The dash does not need to be replaced. The dash lid and all seams are still intact. Also, got a set of airbags off ebay for $150 shipped!
