Brother's Grad party two kids were throwing a hammer around in the yard for some stupid reason had to throw it at my car and smash the windshield and take a chunk off the fender...needless to say I was not happy and there was a lot of stuff thrown and a lot of words said. The kid is also paying for it.

FYI a new windshield at belle tire is $160 installed, i would just do that as it is hard to find a used windshield (i looked for months and never found one)

Wow thats a lot cheaper then I thought they were...Im trying to get my hand on a black fender let me know if you see one.

i just had mine replaced a few months ago and no leaks/noises

I would look for a partout if your trying to find a black, GM part. if not they go 70-80 shipped on ebay for aftermarket

aftermarket ones dont line up right in the front area. They look dented in at the bumper seam.

I'll lengthen Sam's story, since I was there and watched it go down.

Two of my/his brother's friends came to his bro's party. One of our other friends, who was already there, jokingly tossed a rubber mallet at him (away from sam's car), lightly and with no possible way to hit anything. Well, the other kid, without thinking picks it up and chucks it back - but since he threw hard, it curved and hit Sam's car.

I started yelling at him and swearing and shit, since I mean, it's Sam's Camaro. What the hell was he thinking, etc.

But yeah, at least he's good for paying for it. And he came back to the party too - he kinda had to.

Sam, I think you were really cool about it with him - you weren't too happy when I showed you what that piece went to.

i saw some camaro fenders that were new oems on craigslist not sure if they are still there but they were under 100 iirc

thats a clean looking camaro, i wouldnt want to "taint" it with an aftermarket fender. atleast GM only has had only one paint code for black since the late 80s, so if you find a used black one is should be pretty damn close in color.

Yea...thats what im hoping for, the paint is no where near perfect so as long as it is not too noticeable ill be happy
