O2 extensions

need some O2 extensions for my 99 ls1 for longtubes

dude just cut and slice alot easier then paying 40+ dollars for extenders

i did this route the first time and only needed one extender for the driver side.

down the road you can just buy the longer o2's and you wont even need the extenders

what kind of wire do I use? I can do that I just didnt know how much goes through those wires and didnt want to fry something

I have the wire that came with my pacesetters. I bought extensions not realizing i could splice it instead, so the wire for splicing wasn't used. If you want it i can bring it to Woodward or something and you can have it.

just get some same size wire from autozone, maybe 16 or 18 gauge and splice one at a time so you dont get the wires mixed up, they will need to be long so just get under there and eye it up

I just some Vette rear sensors that have a longer chord to begin with. Thats also an option

I read that on ls1tech. I will do that later, my O2's are good now so i cant justify 130+ getting new ones

thats what i said above they got even longer ones tho i got them from a 3400 v6 grand am GT they are 4 wire o2's as well

but still 90 a piece is alot

thankfully im tuned without them now
