i'd say its worth 300, important is that there is a video to prove it runs and it doesnt have any knocks

not sure what the whining is, could be one of the accessories

that is what i thought but i wanted to make sure. now if i was going to have any extra money i would ask for help so that i could get everything in the car by next weekend so i knew the car was going to run good for the meet & greet but after i buy this engine i am going to be flat broke and in debt to my parents.

sometimes spending more now, will save you money in the end.

If i had extra time i would give you a hand as your not far away but i am crazy busy right now

Maybe the whining is a geardrive?

I doubt it, but it's just a possibility.

definatly sounds to me like power steering or alternator? Is it a serpentine belt? If not tell him to pop off the power steering belt and see if noise goes away

sounds way too much like a powersteering pump.. when you go look at it, have it running and turn the wheels.. if it doesn't go away.. pop off the alt belt/serpintine belt to see if it goes away..

i highly doubt the fan would cause that noise.. its to constant and the fan would either shred the cover, or shred itself if its plastic..
