If there is a good mom and pop auto parts store around you they should be able to get you just the selonid. Looks like you can get a new one for $90 shipped on ebay.

yea i was lookin on ebay and they go 80-100 shipped

last starter i bought was for an old 305 so it was dirt cheap, that just seems like alot of $ for a starter

LS1 starters are the most overpriced parts...

people want $60-70 for a used one. I sold LT1/V6 starters for $5!
