Chip for 93 TA

anyone know where to get or have a chip or whatever it is I need for my 93 TA... i dont think it uses a programmer, at least i cant find one

i have a 96 t/a and i use the superchips maro and t/a programer. forget where it came from. man what a difference it makes. i detuned my car once and it didnt run so good then i tuned it and it ran awsome. oh but urs should be able to get a programmer for ur t/a

Not for a 93, they don't make a prgmer

93 is the only year that has a chip that can't be prgmed through the ECM port, you have to burn a chip or buy a prformance chip from Accel or Jet.
You can find these through Summit or through your local Spped shop.

I have a chip that I had in my 93 TA that was for mild upgrades and a 160 Thermostat.
I still have it if you are interested??
I also have a Accel 300 + Ignition system with a new MSD coil for 175.00 if you are interested?

yea 93 was the last year gm used prom chips( at least in f-bodys) they went to the rewritable eprom system after that.

Wont seperate the coil from the Ignition system.
The Ignition system is 175.

50 for the chip if you want it.

If you take it all I'll give it to ya for 200.00 + shipping if you need it.

It kind blows
If you don't under stand the way the chip is prgmed you can make a real mess out of your engine.

You can do Data Logging through the ECM port but you can't reprgm the chip it has to be removed and burned.

I like Y & N questions, it's so much easier.
