Looking for a SBC 400 block or complete engine with standard bore size, doesnt have to be running.
Or a chevy 350 complete or block, doesnt have to be running.

I have a bare 400 4-bolt block, cleaned, degreased, magnafluxed all ready for machine work. No core shift. Also have an Eagle 4340 lightweight crankshaft for this block (2-piece rear main seal), 350 mains, 3.50 storke for 6.0 inch rods. It'd be a screamer!

i got a 350 out of a 79 chevy truck - believe it is a 4bolt main - i havent taken the pan off to find out - it is a complete engine with the intake heads and what not - was told it was run low on oil and developed a knock but still held oil pressure - need out of my garage 50 bucks

thanx guys, i think i may go 5.7 iron LS, yes iron. I can get a good deal on a 5.3 iron block engine and just bore it...bada bing 5.7 LS
