performance or stock pullies?
www.zzperformance.com makes under-drive pullies for the water pump and alternator...both won't produce much gains
as for the egr block-off...do you have access to equipment? It's pretty easy to make a plate

are you taking the egr off completely? Why are you removing it? Is it leaking or shot? Do you have a saw saw?
Don't do underdrive pulleys on the 3.8, it is already underdriven a bunch and you will not see gains from the swap.
If you are looking to free up horsepower then go with a meziere electric waterpump.------------------------------------------

its going good just needed to fix a few minor things, egr was cracked in half so i replaced that now im deciding on just blocking it off and i think the rear axle bearing are shot. as far as the motor its still strong, thats y i wanted a 3.8 they last well over 200k with no major problems and insurance is alot cheaper

if you got a new one already just leave it alone then. If it wasn't working or leaked, then a simple penny placed over the hole and then screw the white cover down and it works great.
Only costs $0.01 too.

its the pass side thats bad. on the egr i replaced it with a newer one but when i took it off the bolts were so rusty that one of the post snapped so i put the egr back on and it wasnt sealed properly cause i could only tighten it on one side so today i put some of that cooper gasket stuff on and ill check it in the morning to see if its still leaking
