yeah i was just on there not too long ago
i passed a hood up that was actually located in michigan for like 600$ im still beating myself up for not getting ahold of the seller to buy it right then BUT...didnt have the cash but i think i do now...so im tryin to avoid payin those shipping fees haha
but if i have to ill order from there, ill just wait winter out first in case somthing else pops up...besides car goes into storage sadly not too much longer so ive got all winter to look around

yeah im looking for the looks to start this project off, hood and then once may or so hits im having it painted for sure...drop it down a bit and put some 17"s in front 18" on rear, most likely C6 replica wheels...cant wait but after that then comes the engine, in happy with the power its given me so far, but ive got some things im thinking about for it as well...dont worry it will all come together soon!

id love to get my hands on a hood like you have, but from what ive looked around thats a good chunk of change!!!!!!

MAke sure the hood you get is functional.

make sure you dont get the fake ones that have the awkwardly shaped hood scoops.. the nostrils are cut out more like a box shape instead of oval.. and some of them are even unsymmetrical

Watch craigslist, people tend to be very negotiable on these cause if you tell them well i can get one new on ebay for like 500 and then send them the link they will lower there price. I got mine on craigslist for 325 just needs to be sanded and painted haggled him down from 800 or something ridic.
