The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. it MUST have a working serial port. I dont care about performance, slow is fine as long as its reliable. a battery that lasts >30 min would be nice too.
prefer to spend $0-50 but lemme know what you have.

I have a compaq that is fairly new... (2003 or so), but the charger is sorta messed up and I dont feel like getting a new one. It will sometimes charge, sometimes not. Its got XP, all that good stuff. By serial port, do you mean the one for old-style (non usb) printer cables?

i need a serial port. I would use a USB adapter (on the laptop i already have) but ive read they make it more likely for uploads to fail which equals a fried PCM. I want to avoid that
Joel, i have an old Dell Inspiron 7500 500 MHz Pentium III 256 Mb RAM , and an ATI 8MB Video Card. It looks brand new and was rarely used. The person i got it from kept the hard drive though because it had confidential info on it. you can get a new one from newegg.com for 20 bucks
