    cool - i use to know the ucd mgr there about 100yrs ago Brian Seeby?

            i just realized my mistake - your at the BPG store

            he was at the Cadillac store and the last name was Seevy (i mistyped) - again it was quite a while ago (20yrs)

            he and his dad ran a B-lot on 8 mile called CV auto sales before he started over there

                    i dont get breaks. 8-5 with 1hour lunch. 8-8 monday and 8-12 sat. its no big deal. but im a tech so its alittle different. when we had a porter he didnt get breaks but he crashed a brand new enclave infront of everyone and quit lol

                              For starters I want to applaud Joe for posting a potential job opening.



                              Next, time out on the ‘break’ thing guys. Michigan law only requires breaks for employees under the age of 18. State law mandates that employees ages 17 and under are given a 30 minute break if they work five hours or more.


                              There’s no labor law in Michigan that states that an employer must give an employee over the age of 18 a break.


                              You might be thinking about the 'Union' thingy.

                                yeah I thought something like that but didn't say cause I wasn't sure - I haven't worked at a place with breaks since I worked in retail (and was under 18)
