  • 3rd Gen suspension/exhaust parts

    Off my 89' T/A
    Suspension:
    - Tubular A-arms from PA Racing.
    - Complete front coil over kit: struts, springs, strut towers already bolted together. 300lb springs.
    - rear shocks less than 1 year old.
    - rear springs: one set new in box, one set less than 1 year old.

    Exhaust:
    - Edelbrock headers and Y-pipe. ceramic coated.
    - Borla XR-1 muffler with ball flange welded on so it is a direct replacement for a catalytic converter.
    - GMMG Chambered Exhaust with oval tips. $850 new, $600 for my one year old exhaust with tips.

I'm moving and my storage space is shrinking. I need everything gone so no resonable offer will be refused. The only thing I'm going to be firm on is the GMMG exhaust, everything else is going to be pretty easy to let go.

    Thanks.

It's the PA Racing coil over kit with 300lb Afco springs. The struts aren't anything special, the only ones I could find to fit the sleeves on short notice.

One thing you might want to check out first is backspacing. Since the coil rides outside the strut, you can't run wheels with the normal 5.5 inches of backspacing. I had 17x9.5s with 5.5 inches of backspacing and they wouldn't fit. I ended up getting a set of 17x8s with 4.25 inches backspacing.

Let me know if you want to check them out.

Hummm...I have 4.75 backspace on my fronts.....think it will fit? How much you looking for the front set-up with A-arms? I am assuming you did not get the spring perches on the a-arms?

Nope, no spring pockets on the A-arms. Since you have 18's they should be close, I only have 17's. I'd let you try them out first just to make sure they will fit. Is $200 resonable for the a-arms and coil overs?

So, why are you ditching this set-up if you don't mind me asking?

I couldn't get the "in the weeds" stance I was looking for without buying longer springs. Since I needed to take apart the front suspension to do that anyways I just bought the Spohn front kit which included new strut towers and A-arms with rod ends instead of delrum. The PA racing stuff isn't junk, I just got carried away at the Spohn website.

Still have emissions style headers and y-pipe f.s.
