Needs some work. Probably your best bet would be to sand the paint down to the plastic, and then repaint and what not. A few tears, slight damage to the front bottom of the nose of the bumper, and a tear in the black section between fog lights. When I tried peeling off the black stripes, it tore the clear coat right off, so definitely needs to be sanded down unless you have F-1 stripes laying around to cover.
Definitely will need some TLC to get it looking good, but for anyone that has had a recent fender bender with the front bumper, this would be a perfect low cost way to get it fixed. Do the bondo work yourself to fix the tears, and then have it repainted and tada good as new bumper! Anyway, I'm not lookin for some rip-off price, $50 OBO takes it, that's less than half price for a new reproduction bumper. You'll have to pick it up, though, as I'm not shipping this lol.
Here's a picture from one of the last "shoots" I had before changing the hood and bumper.
