Should fit as long as both are a 7.5" 10 bolt rear. Performance gains will be dependent on what you have now.

Yes they shoudl fit your car long as tyou have a GM 10 bolt with a 3 series carrier. These came stock in my car with the Y87 package. Gains will be dependent on your setup, but it should get you better bottom end power off the line and you will have to have your speedo recalibrated or it will be off about 5mph.

The shift boot is for an automatic. Nothing is wrong with it except I made a slit down the front seem so I could get it around the shift knob I had at the time, but it can be fixed be resewing it or super glueing it. Then you will never know it was slit. Yes I cna hold it all for you til this weekend that wont be a problem at all. The games are still in the boxes they came in with no scratches on them at all.

I am not sure about the rear, never taken the time to look. All I know is it is a stock 1996 V6 rear that came with 3.23 gear and drum brakes. I will check tonight.

its not that it hurts gas mileage its more of a cruising down the highway at 75 reving 2900 or cruising at 75 and cruising at 2400

Ah ok I got ya man. Well it looks like that one guy is willing to switch you out. So that woudl be the cheaper route for you it seems.
