I am an idiot and somehow ignored the fitment guide on Amazon, and ordered this gasket:

Anyway, once I received it, I realized it doesn't fit the LS1. I requested a return authorization, and Amazon told me just to keep it. I have no use for it, so if anyone needs one, it's a brand new Felpro throttle body gasket still in the packaging. It'll save ya $5 or $10 at Autozone/OReilly.
