Yeah, your friend is pretty solid! I love acoustic's too. I play a fender, have two actually, just different models. Getting ready to buy the Martin Dreadnaught pretty soon. I'm in a band called "formulaXY". Been with this band for about 3 years. We play out quite a bit. Have a show in two weeks on Saturday. We're on Fb, like us if you guys get a chance. But yeah, I'll never stop playing. I became hooked in my late teen years, bought a strat' copy at 18 with a little modeling amp and the rest is history. We play all sorts of events; being on stage is a blast. Playing an instrument is one thing, but performing is a whole 'nother lol I think being in a band is what keeps people playing, at least for me it did. It's like anything else, once you quit doing it regularly, you kind of tend to stray from it eventually. I stopped playing quite a bit in my mid 20's; joined a metal band, got on the radio, toured twice.. basically re-lit the spark. We can only do things so long by ourselves before it becomes boring(well most things, not everything).
Hey Brian, you should book us now for the next meet and greet

this would make zac a very happy dude, but theres no way we could justify the expense right now =/ with sponsorships from gretsch and reverend, we have a ton of guitars lying around, so it doesnt even make sense to add another to his collection.

Yeh, I played a lot more when I was in the military. had quite a few soldiers who played, made it fun. I don't know anyone around here who plays, so I understand the boring part. I'll just keep plugging along and entertaining myself. . I'll look ya up on fb..

It always makes sense to add a Les Paul to any collection Sponsored by Gretsch and Reverend?!? That's awesome! Reverend makes some very high end guitars. Is Zac in the music industry?

My thoughts exactly. I have 8 as of right now. They all have wall mounts, but are usually sitting on the floor somewhere lol. I still want a few more. Clapton has around 650 guitars while Joe Perry(Aerosmith) has over 1000! So none of us are doing too bad.

I've been itching to get a new usa jazz bass. I had one stolen a few years back and miss it.

Yeah I might try eBay at some point. Would rather sell it to someone locally. But we'll see. I'm in no rush. I have a couple guys around here that want it. Trying to get the money around. It'll sell, no doubt about it, just a matter of when.
