  • Payne Furnace

Cold weather is around the corner. Don't let it catch you off guard like it got us last year. Fire up your furnaces now and make sure they're functioning properly. If it's not make sure you get it serviced before you actually need it. If you need a replacement.....well.... Pm me!!!!

    Make: Payne

    Model: PG95SAS60100CAAA

    100,000 input... 97,000 BTU/hr output

We had it installed in September of '13 (brand new). This summer we installed geothermal and no longer need the furnace. This furnace had no problem heating our 3200 sq ft home.

    $1200 obo

The pic was the same day we brought it out of the basement. I taped it off so it'd stay clean.

I also have the ac unit that is original to the house (1995) that I'll throw in. Never had any problems with the unit. I think it's a 4 ton and was mated atop this furnace throughout the winter.
