  • Stereo Equipment - 1.0 DIN JVC, 1.5 DIN Pioneer, 10" Kappa Perfect, Lanzar Amp all FS

Clearing out after my HU upgrade in the SS and the sale of my DD....Any of these items are available to be shipped, but we'll have to work out the cost. Obviously the sub box would be a PITA and expensive.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    JVC SOLD!

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Pioneer Sold!

Lastly, a Lanzar Vibe 211 amp and a 10" Kappa perfect in a .6 ft^3 sealed enclosure. Amp is nice and compact, has a decent amount of power when bridged. The 10" Kappa Perfect is a really nice sub. In this sealed enclosure it was nice and tight, played a variety of music well. People were a little shocked to hear it was just a small amp and a small 10" sub. Both are in great shape, just a little dusty. Sub has one small scratch on the cone; doesn't impact performance at all. Just cosmetic. Box is included if you want it, most likely won't fit that well in an fbody. I'd get one of the driver's side trunk boxes for this thing and stash the amp somewhere - could potentially fit where the monsoon does, but it may be a little tight in that location.

Looking for $125 obo for both.

Open to offers, fellas - really have no use for this stuff, and I'd like to see it go. All nice stuff, so throw some reasonable offers out there!

It honestly is a really nice speaker. I am kinda reluctant to sell it, but I have nowhere to use it...Camaro already has a 12" Memphis sub. We have lease vehicles now, and I don't even want to dick with wiring it in to one of those - the point of me going to lease vehicles is them being under warranty and me not having to worry about much of anything. So, time to go. But, yeah, it really is a nice speaker.

True. Most new vehicles have some sort of amplified stereo. It can be a headache to integrate into them. A lot of the time you'll take away from the sound quality more often than add to it.

I could wire it up in my Sierra pretty easily - I looked into it. I just don't want any grief about modifying the thing if something goes wrong. Plus, I'd have to build a new box, and I don't think the 10" will fit as well as I'd like. Just not worth the labor and expense when the car is a lease.

I now have the Camaro with the system in it, so nice days I drive that anyway. I had this when my DD was my "fun" vehicle as well.

You could install the HU and listen to tunes while wrenching on it!

Hmmm. That JVC might look nice in my 79. I'd love to put the Pioneer in it, but a din and a half just ain't gonna work. Does it do red for the backlight?

Yup, will do red. Has a wide variety of custom colors that can be programmed or some set standards. Can set different colors for when dimmed and not dimmed and to flash when a call comes in. I had green to closely match my Jeep's IP and then had it flash blue when I'd have an incoming call.

Going to look at a 4th gen for my wife this weekend. If we buy it, i'll take the Pioneer. Let you know tomorrow. Guess I hesitated too long on the JVC, congrats on the sale!
