  • Free: Traxxas RC Car

I'm not sure if this even worth anything anymore, but I just pulled this out of the closet where its been for probably 10 years. I'm never going to use this, if someone would like to have it its theirs. What I know about it is that its a traxxas stampede with a silverado body. Includes a 2 sets of tires, 3 batteries that are all probably junk, and a hobico battery charger (this is probably still worth something). Also 2 extra motors but id be willing to bet all 3 motors are poor by todays standards. Maybe this can be easily upgraded to something modern, maybe not. Anyway here it is. What you see is what you get!

A guy I work with races RC cars at a building in warren. I have a RC gas powered plane that hasn't been touched in 10 years so I don't see myself getting into that hobby anytime soon.

This would be a great gift for my nephew. Add some batteries and he is set. Where are you Joel ?

im in ray township and I don't really want to deal with shipping thats why its free.

This is probably a battery away from being a good car, and a battery and a motor away from being a great car. I got bored of it because the old school batteries never lasted more than 5 minutes.

Keep it and bring it on the next camping trip- I'm sure it will get broken, taken away, or tossed in the fire.

I would take this so i could run stampede class at washtenaw rc raceway.. But i have no need for it, and would probably only run it a few times before i get sick of it, and just run my cars.

I used to race my Losi XXX-T at Larry's a year or two ago, and let me tell you. Modern race grade equipment is not only expensive, but it's WAY better than the oldschool stuff. Digital transmitters/receivers, PC programmable speed controllers, digital super high torque servos, brushless motors that make cars do backflips ... the hobby's come a long way. If anyone wants a stampede, put some modern parts in this thing and I'm sure it'll be a real hit out at an RC track.
