Yep sure can, I have one and change the wheels all the time. There is a huge variety of things you can do with these. Great deal right here, I actually should buy it as mine is on the older side!

I'm available anytime after 4pm through the week (would probably take me closer to 4:30-5pm to get to Madison Heights from the Ren Cen?), just let me know what works for you.
