  • Few small parts needed, Please help!

Im in need of a few parts, should be cheap and not this hard to get ahold of but apparently there's no parts cars in Genesee County at the moment, I saw the thread for the 8 parts cars but hes way out in lansing and the parts I need are not worth the drive! Help if anyone has them or knows where someones hiding a parts car! I need: Passenger seat seatbelt loop, Traction control button face plate, shift boot ring, that's all I can think of right now but im sure theres more, ill update as I remember.

Yeah the guy with the 8 ls1 cars is actually 15 min west of Grand Rapids... so even further :/ But I'll keep an eye out for you. Those are hard parts because most of the time they want to kept with the seat or center console.

I honestly am getting to the point where if I find one with those parts I may just have to buy some other stuff I may need later and let those parts fall in my tool box on accident...

May be able to find some of it here: http://www.moderndaymuscle.com/ I think they have the seatbelt loops, maybe the faceplate.

6litereater (6ledesigns.com) had reproduction shifter boot rings IIRC, but they are allegedly going or already out of business

Where did you see that 6litereater is going out of business?

I emailed the guy that has the 8 part out cars and wants 25$ shipped to me for the loop and faceplate which doesn't sound too bad to me so ill prolly do that, and 6liter shouldn't be going out I know a few people that have been involved in or around them and they've always done well, ive ordered metal ones before which were great and sturdy but they were like 35$ and now I cant remember who had them lol

I bought this Shift Boot Ring. Installs in minutes and is strong. I believe he has them for 93-96 too.
