P.S. Meissen, if you are looking for an upgrade, once I have the LT1 put in I'll sell you my 3.8 for a very fair price. That way we both get an upgrade.

If Brian isn't interested in the 3.8 i might buy it up. Looking for a another 3.8 to mod and drop in without having to completely disable my Bird.

OK Makes Sense know. I was wonder why you where saying something about gaskets and then showed a picture of it together. So as it sits now it its in a NON-Running condition. It would have to be tore down and have all new gaskets put in it before it would run.
            CORRECT.

Another Question. Why did you take it a part to move it?

because it was easier to move it...all i really did was take the heads off.. the intake and everthing else was off of it when they took the motor out...and in reality u only need to put the heads and manifold back on..the block was never tamperd with and its ready to go

Steve I was just about to send the money until I read that it is missing parts. Together even at street prices we are looking at another $500 for parts and I still would not have a Transmisssion. I am sorry but I did not realize that it was missing so many things and I am not prepared to pend that much. Whoever is next in line go for it! I will have to wait until the right deal comes along. Thanks for the consideration though.

Sounds like Brian wants an LS1 to me.

When I talked to Steve on the phone, that's exactly who he got the engine for, Don. He got it with the intentions of it being for someone that already has the 350 and can just swap it in with the rest of the stock parts, maybe beef up the 350 while it's out, but otherwise for someone that already has one. Hope someone can get some use out of it.
