It will forsure fit a 99. I pulled a dashpad identical to this from a 1999 camaro ss.

And it fit a 94 trans am perfectly.

Looks like the security bulb isnt in the defrost vent on those, it may fit but it appears to be different in that regard. From what I see on ebay, the firebird dashes changed in 1997

From what I've searched the security bubble can unsnap from the vents and be put into the new one.

Looked at mine last night, unfortunately the whole right side of the vent is different. On the newer ones the right side is closed off with the security lights in the middle.
