I'd be all in if it was still in the $20 range. That's a pretty sweet looking clock though ...

Thanks for stepping up. I fully expect this to go for $100+ and for two very good reasons.Originally posted by OVRKILL View Post$75sigpic

You got a raise and gonna skip on paying Jon's allowance this week? You know what secrets are for right?

Naw you know me I'm too "common" to be able to read an analog clock I need digital. And Jon should be earning his keep this week,
damn a guy can't even be serious around here without getting called out!sigpic

You have me intrigued now - what are the two reasons?
I wasn't expecting it to go for more than $30

The two reasons that I was thinking are, 1) Its a very cool clock, perfect for a basement, man cave or nice garage (Like Brents) and for 2) Its for a very good cause with it being donated to the site, the money will help keep the site going and every little bit helps. This auction idea that Dave has come up with is a really good way to get people involved in helping around the site, the ultimate donation from Dave since hes giving up the very cool item and then allowing (us the members) to bid on it. Its a win win for the site, and whoever wins the auction.Originally posted by meissen View Post

Cliff notes: Fully expected it to go for a good amount because of the cool clock and because the money will go to the site.sigpic

With how high the price has gone I'm really glad we did the auction format instead of it just being one of the raffle prizes. And the timing is perfect in that it will cut down on my up front costs for printing all the windshield slips.

Proceeds of the auction go towards Michigan FBody - including Meet and Greet trophies, printing services for the M&G, and website costs.
To bid on the auction, reply to this post with a bid higher than the official bid.
The auction will run from now until Saturday, May 11th at 5:00pm EDT. I can then ship the clock to whoever wins the auction, or I can bring it with me to the Meet & Greet and you can pick it up then. Up to you.
Starting Bid: $10
Current High Bid: $75.00 by OVRKILL (Brent)
