FS Holley Carb - Cheap $50 Come Get It

Long story short, this is the carb that came on my car from the PO. I know that it is a Holley with an electronic choke. That is all I know. It was too much for my car and it was running super rich. The carb was replaced with an edelbrock 650 and runs much better. That leads me to believe this carb is larger than a 750.. right? yeah!

I'm located in southgate and want it gone. Not sure about much more with this carb.

TPS? I am not sure. I pulled it off the car and this is all that was there.

Can you tell me the stamping that is on the front of the choke tower?
