I picked these up from Sean a little before 3pm today and found out right after what they were exactly, and that they aren't what I was looking for at all They don't have the air bag setup but I have found a single kit (Air Lift 1000) for $48.80 shipped

Will they work on 98? Front and back springs?

They are listed for 93-97 but will fit the 98-02. I was going to put them on my 98 but found out that they are for straight line cars. Will need the $50 helper air bag that allows for adjustable squat on right rear corner.

Edit: Yes, all four springs. Missing the helper bag, didn't come with one when I got these from Sean

I will be doing the front suspension next week on the Z28 and would like to get some different springs, I'd rather not cut these ones.

do they raise the car up at all? im looking to get a little more ground clearance on my car cuz of the steep driveway and the hanging glasspack mufflers lol

Yes, they do lift the car a bit - mostly in the rear. This isn't my car, but it has drag launch springs and KYB AGX shocks
