Part of a building, ground floor with a doorwall and a small patio. VERY quiet. Cover carport, I see cars with covers on them. Located in Clinton Township off 19 Mile road near Lakeside, Macomb College and the Hospital.

$800 a month, ok to split between 2 people, you pay gas and electric which are very minimal due to the position of the unit. I have someone down there who can show the place if you'd like to see it.

Thanks. I bought this for my mother in law, but she ended up moving up to Northern Michigan with us, so it's available. Utils were dirt cheap on it...
