      They are the off car adjustable. Keep in mind that only affects the rears. The fronts are adjustable on-car. Even so, it's not much work undoing the a nut and bolt that are needed to adjust the rear shocks. In other words, if you're buying new, you're basically spending an additional $100 to save yourself from undoing two nuts and two bolts to adjust. Not worth it in my opinion.

                                I still want the seats depending on the condition. Not sure if you posted pictures of the wear spots.
