  • FS - Snap On QD3R250 Torque Wrench

Selling my 1/2" click style torque wrench. I upgraded to digital and no longer need this one. Was manufactured in 2010 and inspected due to my work just a few weeks ago at 75ft/lbs, 125ft/lbs, and 200ft/lbs and was within 1ft/lb at all ranges. Range of wrench is 50-250ft/lbs or 75-332nm. Comes with plastic molded case and instructions. Cosmetically it is a 10 out of 10. There is not a scratch on it. Even where the head rests when you set it down. They are going on ebay anywhere from $200-300 and you don't have to pay for shipping. New, from Snap On, it is $450.

When i saw the title I thought, Did that wrench finally get returned to you after 3-4 years!

I also just bought a snap on 3/8 and 1/2 digital trque wrench. I love them!

Every tool box should have a torque wrench.

Sorry.... I'm asking $175 in hopes for a fast sale. I guarantee that unless you buy a new one you won't get one in this good of shape.

I wish I knew what ever happened to that but that was way longer ago than 3-4 years. Probably like 2006... This was just a pile of steel back then. LolEven if you are only working in your garage you should have a TQ wrench. I have 3 at work and 2 at home. Not including this and the 3/8" click style I traded in to the Mac truck.

Rule of thumb at Roush seems to be tighten it until it strips then back it off half a turn... lol

We torque everything from head bolts to door panel screws. Looking through the specs sheets there are torques for some wild stuff. Ford wants us to torque the spare tire hold down screw.
