I might take the heads if someone could help me install.. I'd be out of my league otherwise.
might as well add valves and rockers while they are still out?

Why would you touch the valves?
It would not make a ton of sense to get the heads and not the cam too either. IMO.

Well the cam is a supercharger cam and also good for a nitrous application. if your going the supercharge route defiantly recamand getting gtp heads swapping out the springs and retainers, do Eaton blower you will need a machine shop to customize a TB set up on your blower.

I run the same cam N/A and it's very nice. Good pull, great mileage (25-30 mpg). It's got a healthy note to it and extremely smooth after it's dialed in.

Steddy and Spencer -- what do you think? Is this the good basis for a V6 build project for my vert? I'm at 182K now and I know that motor isn't going to last forever...

What else should I plan on getting if I bought these parts?

first off you will need to get a cam/head gasket kit like on zzp, for other mods A stall posi some gears and also a ladder bar. If these parts arnt sold Ill probably just though them on and do the other stuff run a 100shot.

The car has a factory posi with 3:42 gears -- is that going to be strong enough to stand up to the motor?

Are ladder bars really going to be necessary? How much HP and torque would I be able to expect out of this setup?

The trans is going to need to be rebuilt at some point soon anyway, so swapping in a new torque converter won't be a big deal.

You will be golden you really don't need do the latter bar you can use the stock, everything else be fine. nice part about v6 camaro everything thats on are cars are same to ls1 besides a small part in the trans and bell housing in the trans and are drive shafts arnt same besides that everything else is same as a z28 parts.

for hp all depends on what all you will be willing to do. still can get some rockers and a bunch more parts to really bring this set up to life. I say close to a gtp hp or a little more. should be in the mid-low 14 maybe even touching high 13s depend on how you drive and how you hook.

How many miles do these parts have on them?
Do you have pictures of the cam?
Any broken bolts in the heads? Stripped threads? Cracks in the heads? Straight?

The headers appear to be steel, is that correct? Any holes, or cracks?
Is it a Catted Y-Pipe? If so, are the cat's clear?

only 30,000 miles on the parts no holes no cracks and I can get a pics. the cat is clear. only problem with heads is on valve stick I recommend just pull the parts off like I was use your stock heads. or you can buy new valves if so bore out and put some bigger once.
