That stainless cutout is manual right? Or is it a remote opening setup?

So was it fit with an electric valve before removal or was it never installed on the car?

I ordered one Magnaflow manual cut out, I received two. They said they only sent one out Both are brand new, I only need one.

I have a BadlanzHPE electric cutout to install on the one that will be going into my car.

link or picture of the cutout you have? I would like to add a e-cutout to my car today, I assume I could pick up the other parts to make it electronic?

It's a Magnaflow 10785. I'm have a hell of a time adding an electric cutout because I want to keep it all stainless/aluminum. I'll have about $300 wrapped up into by the time it's all said and done.

                        Cutout - $70
                        BadlanzeHPE Custom Cutout - $145
BadlanzeHPE Custom Stainless Adapter - $40 (one off piece for my car)
                        BadlanzeHPE Stainless turndown - $40
Total - $295 and still waiting on the parts to arrive to finish

You can get his whole kit for $185 ($225 w/ SS turndown) http://www.badlanzhpe.com/po.php?cPa...8238f3a2bcb230

I pieced mine together...mistake, but the final product will be nice. The Maganflow itself is a nice product but they used a 3.5" flange with a 3" pipe which is odd.

Sorry about not getting back on the cutout, going a similar route (piece together) but turns out a friend just informed me that he's got one he's sending me. Just a matter of digging up used COs and turn downs, new always isn't the answer especially when they all clean up nice with some spit and polish.

Always go stainless though on cutouts.. don't want them rusting shut or open or having anything fubar on ya..
