  • ford 9 inch rear end F/S

    putting my 9 inch Moser Engineering rear end up for sale

    9 inch housing set up for a 3rd gen width
    weld on relocation brackets
    31 spline axles
    Detroit True Trac Differential
    Have either a stock case or a Strange S nodular case (+150)
    also have 2 sets of gears. 3.70's or 3.25's but i would like to keep the 3.25's
    also comes with drum brakes. cannot remember exactly which ones they were but were the biggest ones you could get at the time.
    also has 3 x 1/2 inch Moser wheel studs

    rear end has 2200 miles on it. im just getting rid of it since im going to a spool and 35 spline axles and want to put Aerospace rear brakes on it as well. and also one with a back brace on it for safety purposes.

    looking to get 1800obo or 1950 with s case

      How do the drum brakes work as everyone knows I've been looking for a bolt in setup.

      I gotta see what position I'm in after the new year as I might be interested in taking this off your hands.

        drum breaks work great.. i just found out that my proportioning valve was messed up and they were hardly working so the pads are still like brand new as well. the rear end is still in the car and is currently set up with the 3.25's and the nodular case so i will need time to tear it out and put parts back together and whatnot.

          If I was too buy it would you get rid of the 3.25s?

          I might go back to a t-braked 400. So 3.25s would be a better choice.

              yeah it can go with either.. the 3.70's will just go in my dads car when he builds a 9 inch for it..

                      werd.. mine is already built.. just a few little upgrades.. ... all this coming from the guy with a MWC fab9 for a street car.. lol your rear end will always be more race car-ish then mine..

                        Lol true fab9 inch for the streets is about as racer ish as you can get.

                        So guys how does one become a ninja?.. I've heard it's a 600 hp thing... I wanna become the youngest ninja
