Not really, the 3800's intake is not centered in the engine bay, so the intake on the lid is offset. Maybe you could with a a little bit of flexible hose>1999 Camaro - 6 liters of fury.....

Yeah the 3800's have an offset inlet. He would be better off looking for a 3800 specific lid.
