looks like its fiberglass. i dont know if that was factory or aftermarket. it looks like it may have been mounted before but it hasnt been painted yet. has minor scratches but nothing a good coat of primer wouldnt fill. those dark squares are tape. dont mind the date of the pictures, i havent set my camera yet.
