  • FS: Macbook Pro

Purchased December 2008 for around $3,500
    2.8GHz Core 2 Duo T9600
    4GB RAM
Dual Nvidia 9400M/9600GT video chipsets with 256MB ram each
    Seagate Momentus 7200.4 500GB 7200rpm hard drive
Has the ExpressCard/34 slot (better than the SD slot on the newer MBPs because you can get an all in one adapter for different memory modules)
    The glossy 15" LCD
AppleCare Protection Plan (good until December of this year)

Overall, the computer is in awesome shape. The bottom of the casing is scratched up the normal amount you'd expect from a computer that's three years old.

A common problem with Apple MBPs is that the power supply cord will dislodge from the base and begin to fray which ultimately results in a fire hazzard:

I've gone ahead and repaired this on my power supply. The power supply is being held together by a couple of blue zip ties, which affects absolutely nothing aside from aesthetics. The zip ties are needed because Apple epoxies the casing together.

I have all of the original packaging which will be included.

I'll throw in a dual link mini-displayport adapter and a retail OSX Snow Leopard family pack.

These things normally go for $1,100-$1,200 all day long on eBay with the stock 320GB hard drive and no extras.

$900 takes it. I'm open to trade + cash on my behalf for a decent rear end for my Camaro. I love this thing to death but it's just sitting around at this point.

    Pics available upon request.

Id love to upgrade from my regular macbook, but not until the prices come down. GLWS, sounds like a nice toy.
