GI: 4th Gen Apple iPod Touch 32GB

I'm thinking of selling my 32 GB iPod touch. I got it around Christmas but now have an iPhone and it is pretty much becoming useless to me. They retail for $299 and I was thinking of selling it for around $250. It also comes with a black slider case by InCase, which cost me $35. Not too sure if I'm going to go through with selling it, but it is a distinct possibility

What generation? My fiance has an 8th gig and is looking to upgrade ipod instead of paying for a smart phone.
