Can you speak to some of the advantages of this type of ignition control vs. the stock one? MSD's site doesnt say much. Is it something along the lines of more accurate timing which equals better detonation and more power?
The Chevy Camaro was built with a single purpose in mind which it executes flawlessly...Going very very fast in a straight line until your hair catches on fire.

When i had my S-10 with the 4.3 l... it made a huge difference with throttle response... as soon as you hit the throttle you were accelerating, seemed to help me off the line too.

I never had it on a dyno, but on the but dyno it was worth every cent... and quarter mile times were consistently faster.. not by alot... but there was a difference.

Basically it provides a higher voltage clearer spark to the wires. I noticed quite a big difference when I put it on my T/A as far as throttle response and I could physically "feel" the car being faster. My spark plugs always looked really good as well. It's not really a controller per say, although I think it has a rev limiter that you can change.

not too sure Ben. My buddy had it before me and I put about 10,000 miles on it. But like I said I had no problem with it and there was a noticable difference with it on.

Here they are. The box is a little dirty and the black spots on the last picture were just dirt. They came right off. I think I also have a PDF of the instructions that I can send you if you buy it.
