lol anyways my involvement in this thread was to say that the lt4 is a great upgrade for someone who wants a nice step up from stock without going crazy big. and that this is a great price for the cam!

other than that stuff, what else would be needed?

i have the cam, lifters, 1.6rr, valve spring. (for 375$) you still would need cam bearings. push rods. timing chain. and the spring retainers and such but i might be able to give a new chain and bearings the chain is a cloyes (just the chain) and the bearings are clevite i spent 70$ on the chain and bearings im not looking to make money on this i just want what i have into it out. i want to go with either a le2 cam or cc306 or cc503. this is a good deal cause i seen on craigslist a guy is selling a cc503 and valve springs for 350$ and im adding pretty much everything for 25$ more.. im suprized i still have this

i would feel perfectly safe using a set of the hardened stockers (there is a difference). If anyone needs a set I have two of them and i will sell cheap.

Completely agree - even with my CC503 I went with hardened stock length pushrods.
