I think they are BFgoodrich KDW's (maybe just KD's)

I think these are the same tires I had on my Camaro. They were really nice. Tread looked cool too

BF Goodrich Comp T/A treadwear 180 but they don't have much tread left.
I am almost positive these are original tires to 1999 Camaro SS. The dates looks to be 13th week of 1999.
