I assume the rear control arms are standard non adjustable arms with poly bushings?

no problem, LCAs are really one item I never felt the need to do adjustable on, I wouldn't get that far into tweaking the suspension I don't think. PHR on the other hand I always would do adjustable to keep that rearend centered!

yea, never felt the need for 28's

centering the rear front to back is just as important to centering it side to side, just my $.02

you dont technically have a 28 and its not on a 4th gen, 3rds may be different
