  • Weider Home Gym

OK guys - I was really planning on keeping this home gym but now I need to get rid of it because it's taking up way too much space in the garage. I have it listed on Craigslist for $150 because I really would've liked to get some cash out of it but no one has replied. So I'll offer it up to MiFbody folks again for free.

I've taken a few parts of it off (one of the arms to the bench press and the 3rd station that has two arms you hold yourself up with and bring your legs up to do ab crunches) so I could get it into the corner of the garage easier.

I do not have instructions to go with the set. We can do it two ways - you can come out here and help me dismantle it so you know how it goes back together or I'll do my best to picture document how it all goes together as I take it apart. If I take it apart on my own, I want $50 for it. If you come out and help me take it apart, it's yours for free.

The seat's cover has been torn but it's still perfectly usable to sit on. The 2nd station's line system is off the pulleys and I can't figure out how it goes back together - you might have to google for true instructions to the system. There's a partial model number (3 of 4 digits) on the front but I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head.

Here's the deal though - I want this gone by this Sunday evening. This is a steal of a deal - you get a 3 station home gym for free with 2 separate pulley/weights so two people could use this at once.

If I had the room, I'd be heading down there with my father in laws truck! He's trying to sell one as well, but same issue, I have no room for it. Good luck with it, I'm sure it will go quick.

good luck B, I have decided to get rid of all my equipment at home as well and spend the 20 bucks a month for a gym membership locally, I was surprised at the cost, but they are popping up all over IN..

Does it have a pull down bar? My brother and I have been saving all our change for one someday and found a place to put it too, lol

Edit: Sorry B, I would be all over this but I just looked on the map and it's kind of a hike for me. Good luck getting rid of it though

So far no one else has spoken up so you're first in line, Pete. It definitely won't fit in your van without us taking it apart, though, and it's damned heavy because there's two stacks of weights for the pulley system.
