    2001 Artic cat ZR800

    ok i dont know anything about this thing. but a guy wants to trade me it for my truck would anyone be interested in this thing. id like to find a S10 preferably black in color and a 4.3 not definate but would like that. or does anyone know of anybody looking for one. i know its green and i have 3 pics of it. i really dont wanna get this sled just for the simple fact that i have no use for it.

    i need something that can tow at least a jet ski and possibly my car if i get lucky.

    I wouldn't trade for 3 simple facts. 1. It doesn't get your any closer to your goal of an S10, only a different vehicle to sell. 2. It's an Arctic Cat. Sure, they are super fast, but the break down all the time. 3. Its a SNOWMOBILE. Guess what? Winter is over. Have fun trying to get rid of it for anywhere near what its actually valued at. With this economy you won't be able to sell it at its value even in the fall. In spring you're going to absolutely loose your ass on it.

      which is the exact reason i told the guy i didnt want the snowmobile unless i knew i had something else lined up for sure. i had a few people interested in it for their S10 but nothing official or to promisin.g

          sean you were the one i was looking for when i heard this. i was just simple curious. why would it be really dumb? and please i dont have my mind set or anyhting. i know absolutely nothing about snowmobiles or anything like that. just the guy offered this. he was asking 2800 for the sled. and i know what i wanted out of my truck and hes asking more then i wanted but a good bit. but could you tell me why i should turn this guy away quickly

            well lets see .... snowmobile season is over.. no one buys them for a good price in spring or summer.. its an older artic cat. not many are interested in them.. also there is a reason why he couldnt sell it at 2800 cuz its prolly not worth it and he';s just trying to get rid of it now

                Just stated what I did a few posts up. It's an older actric cat and sled season is over. Trying to sell that thing right now is like trying to sell your camaro in November. No one wants it just to pick it up, get it home, and store it for months on end. You have more chance of selling the truck (as ghetto as it is) than selling a snowmobile right now.

                  welp i think things might work out. lmao. the guy that owns a 99 black s10 has a buddy who wants to buy a sled. for whatever reason. so the guy who has the s10 is gonna trade the s10 for the sled that i am (but havent yet) trade my truck for. so hopefully it all works out and i can get my s10 lol
