care to elaborate on the LED conversion? I want to do that to mine...what kit/manufacturer did you use

I Love my 4 cell one, if you don't have at least one maglite...get one!!...and this is a good deal..proly less than half what I paid

Its an easy swap...you just take out the old bulb assembly and replace it with the LED assembly that you can buy, and your maglight now has the brightness of an LED flashlight and you still have a good "spotlight" from a distance that the maglights are known for.

yea i got my LED conversion bulb at home depot on clearance for like 6 bucks or something like that.....i would check there first.

Maybe - but anything 3 cell and above works pretty well. In theory, of course.
